The Bexley BEAT Foundation seeks to promote community transportation alternatives in Bexley,
benefiting residents of all ages who may need alternative transportation services.
Objectives of the Foundation are:
-- To accept funds on a tax deductible basis from businesses and individuals who wish to support the mission of The Bexley BEAT
Foundation.
-- To support initiatives that will encourage alternative transportation concepts on a grass roots, local level.
-- To apply for governmental and non-governmental grants.
-- To pool transportation resources with other Bexley-based not-for-profit organizations.
-- To financially assist qualified Bexley-based private alternative transportation providers serving the Bexley community.
-- To encourage and finance initiatives that will assist Bexley-based private alternative transportation providers in applying new
ecologically sensitive technologies and practices.
